1 General Terms & Conditions

Mcwcasino club (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mcwcasino club.

• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or sold to any other person.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• If requested to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, all required documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

Mcwcasino club reserves the right to verify any account information and to close an account if false information is found.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use mcwcasino club's services. An underage person opening an account, or using a guardian's account, will be considered a breach of these terms.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account at mcwcasino club:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Anyone previously permanently banned from mcwcasino club
• Mcwcasino club employees and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is strictly prohibited

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (where applicable).
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering may be suspended or cancelled.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mcwcasino club offers various bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. Minimum deposit of ৳1,000 required. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Cashback Bonus: Calculated as a set percentage of your weekly net losses. No wagering requirements apply.
• Referral Bonus: Earn a ৳500 bonus when a referred friend makes their first deposit. Referrals from multiple accounts belonging to the same person will not be accepted.

General terms and conditions for bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will only be transferred to your main balance once all wagering conditions have been fulfilled.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period from the date the bonus was awarded, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Two bonuses cannot be active simultaneously (except in special cases).
• Mcwcasino club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

All Sports Betting and casino games on mcwcasino club are governed by specific rules. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand the rules of every game or event before placing a bet.

• Bets placed are generally non-cancellable. However, the "cashout" feature may be available under certain conditions.
• If a technical issue affects any bet, mcwcasino club reserves the right to void that bet and issue a refund.
• Bets suspected of being related to match-fixing or unethical activity will be voided.
• If an error is found in the odds, bets placed at the incorrect odds may be voided.
• In Live Betting, if data delays cause a discrepancy in results, the decision of mcwcasino club shall be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcwcasino club and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse, arbitraging, etc.).
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account credentials.
• Using coordinated betting strategies against the platform (syndicate betting).

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mcwcasino club may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering an account with false information or attempting to bypass verification.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request within the specified timeframe.
• If evidence of system abuse or bonus abuse is found.
• Due to a court order or other legal obligation.

Members may also close their account at any time by emailing our support team. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be forfeited; however, members will be able to withdraw their original deposited balance.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
